IN THE EVENT OF RETIREMENT, TERMINATION OF YOUR PENSION PLAN OR A TRANSFER OF THE RESERVES
If you withdraw your supplementary pension benefits from your former employer's pension plan to invest the proceeds in the AG Employee Benefits hosting structure, you will be entitled to claim the following amounts.
Vested reserves: the amount that you will be entitled to collect on the status date. Your benefits statement will also show your vested reserve amount on the previous status date. This way, you can easily track growth over time. Note that no proceeds can be claimed before you reach the age of 60.
Employers are required by law to guarantee a certain minimum payout. If this is more than the vested reserves, then this is the amount that you will be entitled to collect.
Proceeds claimable if the reserves are transferred to the AG Employee Benefits hosting structure.
