- Policy: there is one contract number per family. On the My Healthcare Card and in the app, each insured person can find their individual number.
- Coverage period: if the coverage period is not filled, you will see one line per insured person with the amount of the premium for this period. If a change from a previous period has been made during the invoiced period, you will see an additional line for this insured person with the premium for the relevant period. In the "Special circumstance" column, you can see what type of change has been made.
- Employer premium: net and gross premium (taxes and NIHDI contributions included) payable by the employer.
- Personal premium: net and gross premium (taxes and NIHDI contributions included) payable by the affiliate. This premium is claimed by AG Insurance from the employer, who recovers the premium from the employee (e.g. via payroll deduction).
