• Policy: employee contract number
  • Coverage period: if the coverage period is not filled (only a star), you will see one line per insured person with the amount of the premium for this period. If a change from a previous period has been made during the invoiced period, you will see an additional line for this insured person with the premium for the relevant period. In the "Special circumstance" column, you can see what type of change has been made. Here are the different possibilities:
    • Regularization: retroactive change made during the month of the invoiced period
    • New affiliation
    • Waiver of premiums: here you can see which retirement/death premiums are waived and for which period
  •  End of coverage: upon termination of employment or if the employee no longer meets the affiliation conditions
  • Empl.: premium payable by the employer
  • Indiv.: premium payable by the employee. This premium is claimed by AG Insurance from the employer, who recovers the premium from the employee (e.g. via payroll deduction).
