Here you can find the totals broken down by coverage:
- Life/Death: waived premiums (part employer/employee) (BLUE FRAME)
- Waiver of premium (GREEN FRAME)
- Disability Pension (YELLOW FRAME)
- Total (Empl/Pers): total of premiums without taxes (part employer/employee)
- Total – taxes included (Empl/Pers): total of premiums with taxes included (part employer/employee). The tax is 4,40% for employees and 9,25% for IPC’s.
- Total: total of employer and employee premiums without taxes
- Total – taxes included: total of employer and employee premiums without taxes included:
- For Life/Death (BLUE FRAME), this is the total of waived premiums. We will deduct this amount from your notice of payment (under "Ret/Death - Waiver due to disability claim”).
- For Waiver of premiums (GREEN FRAME) and Disability (YELLOW FRAME), this is the total of premiums to be paid for the invoiced period. These amounts will also be mentioned separately on the notice of payment. (under "Premium waiver/disability – periodical premium")
- The boxed total on this statement is for information purposes only and cannot be found as a total on your notice of payment.
Please never pay on the basis of the premium statements but always on the basis of the notice of payment.
