- Technological feats: in just 4 days, we migrated our infrastructure from a central mainframe to a network of Windows SQL servers, modernising our Cobol applications and connecting them to the cloud.
- A new data platform: We have created a new cloud-based data platform, optimising the storage, processing and use of vast volumes of data for operational purposes.
- And we're always on the lookout for new and innovative services. Instant claim processing and refunds based on a photo, real-time measurement of the stress in the customer's voice to adjust our communication, etc.
