The vibrant Ageas Corporate Centre in Brussels is home to a variety of Group level functions including, amongst others, Risk, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Communications. It sets out the long term strategy for Ageas and coordinates numerous initiatives across the Group to help realise the strategic ambitions. The Corporate Centre also facilitates knowledge and skills sharing amongst its local operating entities and JV’s, creating strong connections and leveraging on local strengths. Your function
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing business systems? We're seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our growing Management Information Systems (MIS) team and play a critical role in maintaining, configuring, and enhancing mostly our NetSuite environment. Furthermore you will also be in charge of our Legal contract lifecycle management tool, Ironclad.
As our NetSuite and Ironclad Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for all NetSuite/Ironclad-related activities. You'll work closely with various departments but mainly with accounting, reinsurance and legal to understand their needs, implement solutions, and ensure the optimal performance of our NetSuite and ironclad platforms.
Netsuite Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user roles and permissions, custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure and customize NetSuite to support evolving business processes and requirements, including workflows, scripts (SuiteScript experience a plus), and integrations (with reinsurance tools)
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite, including data imports, exports, and clean-up activities.
- Provide ongoing support to NetSuite users, troubleshoot issues, and develop and deliver training materials to maximize user adoption.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize NetSuite's functionality and efficiency.
- Work closely with finance, reinsurance and IT teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support cross-functional projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Stay informed of new NetSuite features and releases, and assist in planning and testing system upgrades.
Ironclad Key Responsibilities:
- Update cost centres and reflect organizational changes, modify templates, logic, and attributes for reporting and compliance, optimize workflows for efficiency and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with Legal to design and implement workflows, Set up routing, permissions, metadata, and automation
- Handle data exports/imports for reporting and compliance, Ensure data accuracy and sync offline changes.
- Coordinate with AG IT on SSO, integrations, and API usage.
Other Responsibilities:
- As a team member you might be involved in other tasks related to administration of other finance tools, or users contacts, etc
Your profile
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator (4+ years preferred) + strong understanding of NetSuite modules
- Nice to have: Ironclad experience or any other legal contract tool but not a must-have
- Solid understanding of business/accounting processes, including financial and operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player.
- Experience in Insurance industry is a plus.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
