Ageas Re

Ageas Re is organized as a Business Unit within ageas SA/NV, the Group holding, on whose balance sheet it underwrites third-party and intra-group reinsurance under the trade name Ageas Re. Today, Ageas Re serves clients globally, specializing in property, casualty and specialty treaty reinsurance.

Your function

  • Proactively manage, organize, and safeguard the CEO’s agenda, meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls, documents), filter priorities, and prepare responses where appropriate.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  • Prepare briefings, meeting files, documentation, and presentations needed by the CEO.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring full logistical alignment (rooms, digital tools, travel, catering).
  • Organisation of international conference participations (Monte Carlo, Singapore, Baden Baden, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments or external partners.
  • Maintain structured electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Track and follow up on operational, administrative, and financial matters linked to the CEO’s office.
  • Interact with senior leaders, external partners, and clients with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent communication flows, anticipating needs and preventing issues.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, communication, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership (C‑level preferred).
  • Experience in an international corporate environment is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Professional presence, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Any other language is considered a plus
