The vibrant Ageas Corporate Centre in Brussels is home to a variety of Group level functions including, amongst others, Risk, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Communications. It sets out the long term strategy for Ageas and coordinates numerous initiatives across the Group to help realise the strategic ambitions. The Corporate Centre also facilitates knowledge and skills sharing amongst its local operating entities and JV’s, creating strong connections and leveraging on local strengths. It represents the Ageas Group towards external parties, managing relations with analysts, retail and institutional investors, regulators, rating agencies and the media.
Your function
Join the Academy team in delivery and communication of development programmes:
- Assist in the design and development of new training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Support the delivery of high-quality development programs in collaboration with senior managers, subject matter experts and external vendors
- Handle logistics, including participant invitations, materials preparation, and venue setup (virtual or in-person).
- Execute the communication plan for the Ageas Academy in collaboration with the Academy colleagues
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend improvements through feedback collection and analytics.
Act as internal project / event manager for group identity related events such as the Ageas Challenge(s)
- Liaise with the event organizer for communication, registrations, logistics, hosting, and budget management to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues
- Provide support in event preparations and setup when required
- Organize and support employee events and initiatives
Your profile
- Master or bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning & development or a related role
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, FlowSpark, or similar)
- Good communication and presentation skills towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a dynamic team with a "can do" attitude.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Willingness to travel for on-site monitoring and/or facilitation of development programmes
