Ageas Re is organized as a Business Unit within ageas SA/NV, the Group holding, on whose balance sheet it underwrites third-party and intra-group reinsurance under the trade name Ageas Re.

As an HR Advisor, you play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and contribute to a broad range of HR activities. In close collaboration with the Sr HR Business Partner, you help translate HR priorities into practical actions, support day-to-day HR operations and ensure a strong employee experience.

Your function

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and advise hiring managers throughout the process;
• Strengthen employer branding and contribute to clear, engaging HR communications;
• Coordinate and improve onboarding, offboarding, learning and engagement initiatives;
• Provide HR reporting to support decision-making and regulatory and/or internal reporting requirements;
• Support core HR processes such as performance management, talent review and workforce planning;
• Contribute to HR projects, policies and process improvements across different HR domains.

 

Depending on your interests and experience, you may also contribute to strategic HR projects in areas such as Reward, HR technology, Data, AI and employee experience.

 

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant HR experience across talent, engagement and development;
• You are a strong communicator, enabling effective collaboration with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders;
• You are data-driven, hands-on and results-oriented;
• You possess strong project management skills;
• You enjoy working in an international environment with people of diverse backgrounds;
• You are proficient in English, Dutch and/or French, both orally and in writing;
• You work from the Brussel office with potential occasional travel to the Zurich office.
