What is a Virtual Coffee ?
A Virtual Coffee is an informal, approachable meeting between our internal employees of AG Employee Benefits & Health Care and employers or their contacts. It takes place away from the conference table or inbox, creating space for genuine conversation. The better people understand each other, the easier it becomes to work together smoothly.
To support our Plan Managers, we provide clear guidance. Handy checklists walk them step by step through preparation, planning, invitations and the conversation itself. They also receive practical tips to make each meeting worthwhile. All they really have to do is bring their coffee mug.

By getting to know each other personally, we build a strong relationship of trust. This makes it easier, more spontaneous and more comfortable to get in touch quickly in the future. The Virtual Coffees support collaboration between the plan administrator and the client (with the broker also invited), allowing them to address challenges together and discuss opportunities.
