When you have subscribed to a certain coverage with us and pay premiums for it, you will regularly receive documents with the financial details of your group insurance. On the premium statements and payment orders, you will find information about the premiums to be paid and the taxes.

These documents can vary greatly depending on the coverage and the type of product you have with us. Therefore, we will discuss the accompanying financial documents for each coverage and each type of product separately.

Additionally, you will also find extra information about the social security documents.

Premium statements

The premium statements provide you with an overview of the premiums to be paid for the coverages you have subscribed to. You will receive at least one statement per subscribed coverage. However, you may also receive multiple statements for the same coverage, for example, one statement per employee category or per location, etc.

There are different types of statements:

Detailed Statement:

  • This lists the premiums per insured person.
  • It always shows all insured persons.

Statement "with transfer":

  • At the top of the statement, you will find the total premiums for all insured persons combined.
  • In the middle of the statement, only the insured persons for whom there has been a premium change or correction are shown. Insured persons for whom nothing has changed between the most recent and the previous due date are not listed.

The premium statements are informational documents and cannot be used to make your payment.

Below you will find the different types of statements per coverage. Click on one of the blocks to get more information about that type of statement.

Payment order

The payment order includes the exact amount you need to pay and contains all the necessary details (bank account number, structured communication, etc.) to execute your payment correctly.

  • For the coverages Classical Life, Income Care, and Hospicare, the premium amounts are listed on the various premium statements. The total of the different statements is included in the payment order, taking into account any adjustments or outstanding amounts from the previous month(s). This way, you do not have to calculate the amount to be paid yourself, ensuring that you always pay the correct amount.
  • For the coverages E-volulife and Pension@work, the premium statement also serves as the invoice. You will receive one document per plan that includes both the amount to be paid and the details of the premiums to be paid.
