Report a hospitalisation
Do you need to report a hospitalisation? Then log in to MyAG Employee Benefits (app or computer) and click on “New claim”.
You can report your hospitalisation up to two months in advance (or three months in case of childbirth) and as soon as possible in case of an unplanned hospitalisation.
