Report a hospitalisation

 

Do you need to report a hospitalisation? Then log in to MyAG Employee Benefits (app or computer) and click on “New claim”.

You can report your hospitalisation up to two months in advance (or three months in case of childbirth) and as soon as possible in case of an unplanned hospitalisation.

Submit medical expenses 

 

Do you need to submit medical expenses related to a hospitalisation or otherwise? Log in to MyAG Employee Benefits (app or computer) and click on “Submit medical expenses”. For more info, please visit our website. You will find frequently asked questions there.
