FAQ's

You can download the MyAG Employee Benefits app to your smartphone via the Google Play Store or App Store and install it by following the steps in this guide.

 

If you don't have an account yet, you can create one in the app using Itsme. Don't have a Belgian national register number,

identity card, or residence permit? Then register via IDnow with your ID and facial recognition. Also, keep your customer reference handy. You can find it on your My Healthcare Card or in the communication we sent you.

The MyAG Employee Benefits app only works on smartphones.

 

Anyone else in your family who’s 18 or older can also download and log in to the MyAG Employee Benefits app using Itsme. If a family member does not have a Belgian national register number, identity card, or residence permit, they can register with IDnow. Keep their ID and the customer reference on their My Healthcare Card handy.

If you have several expenses to claim back, you can send them in on the same form. This way, they will be processed at the same time.

 

You can have your card scanned by the pharmacist when you purchase items prescribed by a doctor. Your receipts will be sent to us straight away and you'll get your money back even faster. Note that if you only have hospitalisation coverage, only pre-admission and post-discharge expenses will be refunded.

 

In the app, tap 'New claim' and select the option 'Submit medical expenses'. You can then upload photos, a scan or a PDF file of your expenses.

 

In the app, tap 'New claim' and select the option 'Report a hospital admission'. You will then be prompted to provide us with the date and reason for the admission as well as answer other questions.

 

In the app, tap 'My claims' on the Home screen. You'll then get an overview of all the expenses you've sent in.

 

Click on 'Digital card' and then select the relevant card. On the screen with the barcode, tap the three dots to the right of 'scan the card'. You can then submit your request.

 

You can contact them directly using their support e-mail address, which can be found in your app on the pages for the partner in question. You can also click on the contact button and then select the "external partner" section.
