An "E-VOLULIFE" premium statement contains the premiums for the group insurance plan, per type of coverage: savings (supplementary pension), death, accidental death, disability and waiver of premiums
What kind of information can I find on a premium statement?
A premium statement is divided into three parts:
1. General information
2. Overview: total premiums per cover
3. Premiums per person, broken down by employer and employee per period
Use
This document can be practical for the following administrative needs:
- to look up your employees' individual premiums (to withhold them from their salary)
- for accounting purposes and to make payments

If you pay by direct debit, your premium statement will look as follows:

A few examples of regularisations have been provided below:
Example 1 : Waiver of premiums
Example 2 : Deficit clearing premium. A premium calculated to comply with the guaranteed minimum as per Article 24 of the Law on Complementary Pensions (LCP).
Example 3: The annual recalculations were entered a month later. Regularisation is provided for this (e.g. recalculation in the month of August with the changes applied in September)

After each due date, your premium statements will be are available in .csv format and you can access and download them yourself on AG EB Online.
