It's up to you to decide whether your staff members will pay nothing at all in the future or a small share towards their inpatient costs.
Tip
- Hospicare Flexible was designed for companies with a headcount of at least 15 employees. Employees and their family members will be enrolled in the plan.
- No medical questionnaire will be required. Once your staff members enrol in the plan, their coverage will be effective immediately, with no waiting period to serve.
