How do I activate my card?
To activate your card, all it takes is three simple steps: register, log in and activate.
Once you’ve logged in to MyAG Employee Benefits, you can activate your card safely and securely.

To activate your card, all it takes is three simple steps: register, log in and activate.
Whatever option you choose, both are quick and easy!
Register and log in via SMS
- Register with a registration code sent to you under separate cover (step 1)
Advantage
You can register on your smartphone or tablet, as this option doesn’t require an e-ID card reader. It’s also a good alternative if you don’t remember the PIN code for your e-ID.
N.B.: there are two phases to this option.
What do you need?
- Your customer reference or card number (more info?)
Click above on 'Start' followed by 'Code sent under separate cover '. You’ll have to enter your customer reference or card number, and the system will automatically prompt you to enter your code.
Afterwards, you’ll need to wait a few days until you receive your code in the mail.
Once you have your registration code in hand, we recommend that you don’t wait too long to log back in to the site to enter your code. Only then will you have finalised the registration process.

How does it work?

- Enter your e-mail address and your mobile phone number. Wait a few seconds for us to send you an SMS code.
- Enter this code and that’s all there is to it – you’re now logged in to MyAG Employee Benefits.

Already registered via e-ID? Then you can log back in whenever you want – including right away – using your electronic identity card.

Your Significant Other and all adult children (18+) in your family can activate their My Healthcare Cards themselves on MyAG Employee Benefits.
For privacy reasons, your My Healthcare Card access privileges do not extend to your Significant Other or adult children. They will have to log in themselves.

For your convenience, your card also serves as a handy cheat sheet, with loads of useful information at your fingertips such as the address of the website to report a hospital admission online.
