What should they do?
In the event of a hospital stay, employees must contact our assistance partner Touring immediately at +32 (0)2 664 01 70 (available 24/7). Once Touring is informed, we take care of everything — including reimbursements.
The number is always visible in MyAG Employee Benefits (app or desktop).
