With MyAG Employee Benefits, your staff members can access their benefits anytime and anywhere, via their computer or app. Plus they can also make use of services to boost their mental resilience (only via the app).

A flexible and future-proof group insurance solution
Entitlements allocated separately to each individual plan participant
It's up to you, the employer, to select the category of employees eligible for the group insurance plan and to set the budget.The defined contribution can be expressed as a percentage of the salary or as a lump sum euro amount. This way, you'll know the exact cost of the plan upfront.
You also get to determine upfront how much of the return earned from investing the premiums will be allocated to your staff members each year. The balance held in each plan participant's individual account will grow based on how the ROI is allocated.
The defined contribution plus the allocated return make up the individual entitlements for each plan participant.
Group funding of the pension plan
The premiums for the plan participants will be paid into a group financing fund which serves to build up the individual entitlements. Depending on your objectives and your risk appetite, the group fund may be invested in:
- our wide range of Branch 23 funds with no guaranteed return (i.e. direct investment in the financial markets)
- a combination of Branch 23 plus a bit of Branch 21
You also have the flexibility to adjust your investment strategy and change how you invest the future premiums to take advantage of the latest market conditions.
An innovative funding solution for maximum peace of mind
Pension@ease automatically sets aside a buffer that you, the employer, can use to fund the statutory minimum return or an additional return for your staff members. This way, you can feel confident in the stability of your group insurance funding solution. Le buffer est constitué avec une partie du rendement du fonds de financement. It can therefore be created without any difficulties or budgetary impact.
The ROI formula:
The way the annual return earned on the financing fund is split between your plan participants and the buffer is based on a ROI formula pre-defined in the pension plan regulations. Depending on your preferences and objectives, you can choose from among several formulas that, for example, set objectives in terms of the ROI to be allocated to your staff members and/or the size of the buffer.
Hybrid investment of your financing fund
The premiums for your plan participants will be paid into a group financing fund that finances your Pension@ease group insurance.
By investing directly in the financial markets, Branch 23 offers higher upside potential but also comes with higher risk. Fortunately, with our wide range of Branch 23 funds to choose from, you can adjust your risk exposure to match your risk appetite. Another possible solution is a flexible combination that includes a bit of Branch 21 as a way to get more security and less volatility (i.e. frequency and magnitude of the ROI) in your financing fund investment.

All of the features in MyAG Employee Benefits are also available via your computer, but the services are only accessible via the MyAG Employee Benefits app.
