  • Individual resilience test with personalised action plan

Based on an anonymous, scientific questionnaire, your employees discover how strong their resilience is and can monitor it through a personal action plan with recommendations specifically tailored to their needs.
 

  • Self-learning programme

Your employees can participate in a self-learning programme, 'Totally Mindful' on the basic principles of mindfulness that help achieve a deeper level of awareness and inner peace.
 

  • Tailored educational programmes

In addition, your employees can follow individual digital programmes at their own pace, when and where it suits them, such as 'The ABC of resilience', which provides insights into their own resilience and how to deal with stress and change. In 2024, they can follow yet another promising programme 'Stress: friend or foe'. EASY (Employee Assistance & Support for You), a confidential and 24/7/365 available service, offers your employees and resident family members (aged 16 and above) support in a variety of areas, including psychological counselling, work-life balance coaching, legal and financial advice, life coaching and wellbeing and health coaching. Each employee and family member is entitled to five included sessions per subject with a certified psychologist or expert. Contact can be made within two working days and an appointment can be scheduled within an expected time frame of five working days.

Complementing My Mind Premium, My Care Premium – which focuses on physical health – will also be launched soon.

My Care Premium is a digital health service that guides your employees through their health concerns and directs them to the appropriate care. With the Symptom Checker, partner of AG, your employees can receive science-based advice on their physical symptoms in just a few clicks.

Additionally, they can consult a doctor digitally without an appointment via Doktr. This includes unlimited remote consultations with their own general practitioner. If their general practitioner is not connected to the Doktr platform, your employees can initiate two video consultations with another general practitioner recognized in Belgium through My Care Premium.

In essence, My Mind Premium and My Care Premium equip your employees with the tools they need to maintain their mental and physical health. This contributes to a positive and appealing corporate culture, increased employee satisfaction, and consequently, reduced absenteeism and costs.
