This tool is based on medical expertise, providing high-quality information instead of the guesswork often found online. 🆕 Financial contribution towards Doktr telehealth consultations
When your employees need to speak to a doctor quickly but can’t get an appointment, Doktr is the answer.
Video consultations via the Belgian Doktr app are already part of our outpatient care coverage.
Starting in January, AG will go further: for these video consultations, AG will provide a reimbursement equal to the co-payment for a physical consultation (€4), even though it’s not currently refunded by the INAMI/RIZIV.
This lowers the threshold for using this convenient digital healthcare solution.

Consultations are with GPs licensed to practice in Belgium, at the time and place that suits your employees best.
