Our healthcare insurance is fully accessible via the handy MyAG Employee Benefits app. Your employees can check their coverage details, submit their outpatient expenses in just a few clicks and even request their own Certificates of Insurance. This way, they get ultra-fast refunds: 90% of medical expenses submitted via the app are processed within seven business days.
And now, as of 1 January 2026, we'll be expanding our outpatient care coverage with two smart extras.

🆕 Access to Symptom Checker
No more late-night Googling or confusing online advice when minor health concerns arise. We all know the scenario: a slight headache, a scratchy throat... and suddenly you’re reading conflicting advice online, leading to unnecessary stress.
By answering a few quick questions, they instantly receive tailored advice - so they know whether it's time to see a doctor or simply stop worrying.
This tool is based on medical expertise, providing high-quality information instead of the guesswork often found online. It helps your employees make faster and more informed decisions about their health. It’s discreet, user-friendly and available anytime - perfect for those late-night worries or busy schedules.
🆕 Financial contribution towards Doktr telehealth consultations
When your employees need to speak to a doctor quickly but can’t get an appointment, Doktr is the answer.
Starting in January, AG will go further: for these video consultations, AG will provide a reimbursement equal to the co-payment for a physical consultation (€4), even though it’s not currently refunded by the INAMI/RIZIV.
This lowers the threshold for using this convenient digital healthcare solution.
Consultations are with GPs licensed to practice in Belgium, at the time and place that suits your employees best. No waiting rooms, no travelling back and forth from the doctor's office: just tailored care, wherever and whenever it's needed. The doctor’s report can be shared with the patient's own GP for seamless follow-up. Convenience and peace of mind guaranteed.
