The “Healthcare” insurance includes the following coverages:
- Hospicare (hospitalization)
- Ambucare (outpatient care)
- Dental (dental care)
These coverages are not grouped together on a single statement, you always receive a separate statement for each coverage you subscribed to. On the premium statement, you will find the premiums for the coverage concerned.
There are different types of statements: detailed (.pdf), simplified (.pdf) and electronic (.csv). Below we give you an example of each type.
Please note that premium statements are not payment documents.
What kind of information can I find on a premium statement?
A premium statement is divided into three parts:
- General information
- Premiums per person, broken down by employer and employee contributions
- Total premiums, taxes and INAMI (NIHDI) contributions
Use
This document can be practical for the following administrative needs:
- to look up employer contributions for your staff members
- to look up your employees' individual premiums (to withhold them from their salary)
Types of premium statements:
1. Detailed premium statement
2. Simplified statement
3. Electronic statement
After each due date your premium statements are available in csv format and you can access and download them yourself on AG EB Online.
These csv statements can be grouped (e.g. all pdf statements together in 1 excel)
